Summary

Our client, a growing manufacturer in the area, is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Candidates who can communicate effectively in both languages with applicants, employees, and leadership to join their growing team!

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting activities for a variety of hourly and professional positions across multiple locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and maintain job postings and utilize various recruiting resources to develop strong candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate with external recruiting and staffing partners as needed to support hiring needs.
  • Prepare offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation, and new hire logistics.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation coordination, communications, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a bilingual English/Spanish resource for candidates and employees throughout recruiting, onboarding, and general HR interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential recruiting, employee, and HR documentation while supporting compliance and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Assist the HR team with employee communications, recruiting initiatives, special projects, and other general HR needs as assigned.
