Responsibilities- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networks, supporting various networking tasks.
- Work in a rotating shift pattern: 3 months on night shift, 9 months off night shift.
- Respond to Tier III escalations for customer issues and provide proactive support.
- Involved in planning and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient performance.
- Aptitude for learning new things quickly and logical problem-solving skills.
- Moderate to advanced networking experience, including Layer 2/3 networking.
- Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and other networking protocols.
- Experience with Mikrotik Router
OS, VMware, or Proxmox is a plus.
