In this role, you will:
- Create and lead SAIF’s AI strategy, making sure it supports our long-term goals.
- Collaborate with leaders across divisions to find opportunities where AI can make the biggest impact.
- Oversee the development of AI solutions, from ideation to implementation.
- Educate, inform, and engage employees to build understanding and excitement around AI.
- Ensure AI is used responsibly, with attention to ethics, risk, and governance.
We’re looking for someone with 10 or more years of experience in insurance, business, and/or innovation, with five or more years in leadership roles that regularly communicate and engage with senior leadership. Experience with strategy development/execution and demonstrated interest in applying AI technologies to business use cases are preferred.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS- Ten or more years insurance business, and/or innovation experience, with five or more years of supervisory or significant leadership experience. Experience with strategy development/execution and demonstrated interest in applying AI technologies to business use cases are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
