Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Digital Lead Generation
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Start Date: 3/15/26
Pinnacle Wealth Advisors is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in e-commerce and digital lead generation to own and scale our paid media strategy.
This role is designed for a results-driven marketer who understands how to turn advertising spend into measurable pipeline growth. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and emerging platforms — with a clear focus on generating high-quality inbound leads
.
- Consistently increasing qualified lead flow
- Improving CPA and conversion rates
- Driving scalable, data-backed growth
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and You Tube
- Create and execute on-page SEO strategies
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies that resonate with business owners and HR employees
- Write compelling, on-brand ad copy and select creative assets that reflect a luxury aesthetic
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative iteration, and data-driven insights
- Monitor performance and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on messaging, campaign timelines, and lead generation goals
- Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and marketing benchmarks
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, You Tube Ads, and Google Analytics
- Proven track record of driving results through data-informed creative and targeting
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and messaging that speaks to discerning buyers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to own strategy and execution
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
