Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) architecture and customization.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integration with Dynamics.
- Experience with Copilot Studio for building AI-driven conversational experiences and automating workflows.
- Skilled in JavaScript, Type Script, and HTML/CSS for front-end customization.
- Familiarity with XRM SDK and Dynamics Web API for integrations.
- Experience with Azure services (Service Bus, Functions Apps, App Services, Container Apps) for Dynamics integrations.
- Ability to leverage Copilot Studio for creating intelligent workflows and conversational bots.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, OpenAI integration) for advanced automation and personalization.
- Experience integrating AI-driven insights, Copilot capabilities, and Power BI dashboards within Dynamics.
- At least 7+ years of Dynamics 365 Development experience.
