Responsibilities
The ERP Analyst will shadow an industry veteran to learn on the job and eventually take on full responsibilities of providing technical and functional support for JD Edwards Enterprise One. The role involves day‑to‑day application support, troubleshooting, and documentation of processes and issues.
Requirements- 3‑7 years of experience supporting JD Edwards Enterprise One in a production support role
- Strong understanding of core JDE modules and business processes
- Advanced skills in JDE tools and security setup
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident/problem management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
