IFS/iPipeline Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in IFS (an iPipeline product), service request management, deployments, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with related modules and proficiency in iGrafx workflows to streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.

• Manage and support IFS/iPipeline product implementations across business units.
• Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Oversee deployment activities
  , including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize related modules
  .
• Design, document, and maintain workflows using iGrafx for process automation and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.

• Strong knowledge of IFS/iPipeline product suite

• Experience in service request handling and deployment management
  .
• Familiarity with related modules and their integration points.
• Proficiency in workflow design tools, particularly iGrafx

• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Prior experience in financial services or insurance domain
