- Perform server hardware break/fix and troubleshooting activities
- Execute rack & stack installations and decommissioning
- Conduct Linux system health checks and basic command-line administration
- Manage structured cabling
, including copper and fiber optics - Work within ticketing systems for incident and request management
- Support change management processes and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and facilities teams
- Maintain adherence to data center safety protocols and standards
