Salesforce Administrator

Job Description:

• Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions.
• Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls.
• Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
• Assist with tickets as needed.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred.
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
• Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand‑ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single source of truth" for the wider team.
• Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross‑departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer‑review and shared‑environment setting.
