This senior leadership role leads ecosystem technology strategy, cross‑industry technology engagement, and operational execution for the CTO Architecture organization at HYVE Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead ecosystem technology strategy and roadmap alignment across Hyve’s infrastructure and product portfolio.
- Drive the CTO organization’s Strategic Decision (SD) process, including technology prioritization, ecosystem alignment, infrastructure direction, product strategy alignment, technology investment guidance, and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate strategic technology engagement with major ecosystem partners such as GPU and accelerator vendors, CPU providers, networking companies, memory and storage vendors, power and cooling providers, manufacturing technology partners, and infrastructure software and management ecosystem providers.
- Build and maintain strong executive and technical relationships with key ecosystem partners including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Broadcom, Astera Labs, Marvell, Delta Electronics, and CoolIT Systems.
- Coordinate strategic roadmap reviews, executive engagements, architecture sessions, and ecosystem planning activities across suppliers and partners.
- Help align Hyve platform and infrastructure roadmaps with evolving industry technologies and deployment models.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination across system architecture, platform architecture, solutions architecture, storage architecture, rack/POD infrastructure, power and cooling, PnP and optimization, manageability and telemetry, and manufacturing technologies.
- Support CTO leadership in operational execution and coordination of the broader architecture organization.
- Lead preparation and coordination of SD reviews, ecosystem strategy reviews, executive technical briefings, roadmap synchronization sessions, technology assessments, and strategic customer and supplier engagements.
- Identify emerging technologies, ecosystem shifts, and market opportunities that influence Hyve’s infrastructure and manufacturing direction.
- Drive alignment between customer requirements, ecosystem roadmaps, manufacturing capability, and product strategy.
- Shape long‑range infrastructure direction across AI, datacenter, networking, storage, and rack‑scale deployments.
- 12–18+ years of experience in infrastructure technology, datacenter systems, ecosystem strategy, architecture leadership, or technology planning roles.
- Strong understanding of modern AI and datacenter infrastructure ecosystems, including compute accelerators, networking, storage, rack‑scale systems, power and cooling infrastructure, and deployment models.
- Experience working closely with major silicon and infrastructure ecosystem providers.
- Technical understanding spanning both infrastructure architecture and product development environments.
- Experience operating across architecture, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and ecosystem organizations.
- Strong executive communication, organizational leadership, and technical coordination capability.
- Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives across multiple technical domains.
- Strong understanding of ODM/OEM infrastructure development and deployment environments.
- Ability to operate effectively across both strategic planning and technical execution domains.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with ecosystem partners, suppliers, customers, and internal engineering organizations.
- Preferred: experience within hyperscale infrastructure ecosystems, familiarity with manufacturing‑scale infrastructure development, and coordination of technology roadmaps across multiple ecosystem partners.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure market dynamics and next‑generation datacenter architectures.
- Experience driving operational cadence and execution within senior technical organizations.
$206,000 to $282,000
