Volunteer Location
Working from home, and occasionally from the Maidenhead Office
Volunteer RoleIT Infrastructure Expertise and/or Salesforce Systems Administrator Volunteer
Main Tasks- Set up and maintain laptops, printers, phones and Wi‑Fi
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support users with passwords, usernames, email and Salesforce access
- Install updates and security patches
- Manage firewalls
- Update Salesforce
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Mail Chimp
- Understanding of CRM administration, particularly Salesforce NPSP
- Problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of data legislation and security
- Strong communication skills
- Keep up to date with current practices
Flexible but likely a half day per month.
Training & Support ProvidedTraining, support and guidance will be given by staff and experienced volunteers. All volunteers will require a DBS check, which ADS will organise.
