We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect with Regulated Industries experience to lead work streams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive the vision and deliver key outcomes. They serve as hands-on advisors with strong communication, solution and Salesforce product knowledge, and industry/consulting experience to deliver customer return on investment.
The Sr. Solution Architect leads one or more work streams, co-creates the vision with the customer, and drives execution while removing roadblocks to implement business strategies. They interface with customer product owners, business process owners, and technical resources to understand requirements and craft comprehensive solutions. They demonstrate an understanding of common business challenges faced by clients within regulated industries.
They engage with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure solutions achieve value objectives and contribute to thought leadership and standard methodologies within cloud-specific practices teams.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
- Assist and guide agents to support delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly across multiple levels of a client organization.
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas; drive issues to complete resolution.
- Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
- Review and refine project direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure solutions are maintainable going forward.
- Drive program vision and articulate program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform.
- For Solution Architect: 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methodologies; 1+ year experience in Regulated Industries.
- For Sr. Solution Architect: 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methodologies; 3+ years experience in Regulated Industries.
- Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
- Ability to drive agentic delivery with experience in AI tool chains.
- Expert level experience defining system architecture, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and delivering detailed designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and designing systems using process flow diagrams, UML, and related techniques.
- Strong presentation skills; ability to articulate rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with ability to quickly learn new concepts, models, and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to develop material appropriate for the audience.
- Team player with experience in large-scale enterprise implementations with multiple work streams.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills for diverse roles.
- Resourceful and innovative problem-solver.
- Travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven results delivering high-value outcomes using an agile approach.
- Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and accreditations.
- Consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- Veeva experience (Life Sciences/Pharma) or Financial Service Cloud is strongly recommended.
