Project Manager - AI Adoption

We are looking for an AI Adoption Project Manager to accelerate the responsible and measurable adoption of AI across Snoonu’s internal processes.

This role sits at the intersection of business, people, and technology
. You will work across the organization to identify where AI can genuinely improve how people work, make decisions, automate repetitive tasks, and solve real business problems—and then turn those opportunities into adopted, measurable outcomes.

This is not about introducing AI for the sake of AI. It is about finding the right problems, choosing the right approach, driving meaningful adoption, and proving real business value.

• Build and drive Snoonu's internal AI adoption roadmap across business functions.
• Partner with teams across the organization to identify high-value AI use cases, productivity opportunities, knowledge gaps, and processes suitable for AI augmentation.
• Assess and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, data readiness, scalability, cost, and risk.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery and pilot through launch, adoption, and post-implementation value measurement.
• Drive adoption of approved enterprise AI tools and ensure existing capabilities are effectively utilized before introducing additional platforms.
• Build practical AI enablement programs, including role-based training, use-case playbooks, AI champions, knowledge resources, and hands‑on support.
• Define and measure business outcomes such as time saved, productivity improvement, cycle‑time reduction, quality gains, cost optimization, and employee experience.
• Monitor adoption and intervene when technically successful solutions fail to achieve meaningful or sustained usage.
• Promote responsible AI usage, including appropriate data handling, human oversight, awareness of AI limitations, and compliance with company governance.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and vendors based on real business value—not hype.
• Scale what works, improve what has potential, and stop what doesn't deliver value.

• 3+ years of experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, technology program management, enterprise technology, business systems, process improvement, product management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional technology or transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Strong ability to understand business processes, identify real problems, and translate them into structured technology‑enabled opportunities.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, enterprise AI assistants, intelligent automation, and common business AI use cases.
• Strong change‑management and adoption mindset—you understand that deploying a tool is not the same as successfully adopting it.
• Ability to work effectively across business teams, AI engineers, Data, Technology, Security, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to define, baseline, and measure business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Curiosity about rapidly evolving AI capabilities, combined with pragmatic judgment about where they genuinely add value.
• Direct experience leading enterprise AI adoption, enablement, or AI transformation programs.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and tools.
• Exposure to automation and orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, model limitations, human oversight, and AI governance.
• Experience in a high‑growth technology, e‑commerce, marketplace, logistics, fintech, or super‑app environment.
