TITLE: Agile Technical Project Manager - Custom Web Applications & Jira
LOCATION: Remote from the Portland, OR Metro Area with some on-site as needed
PAY: Target salary for this role is between $95,000 and $100,000 annually

What You'll Be DoingWe are looking for someone with demonstrated experience directly owning technical projects end-to-end. This includes managing custom, customer-facing web application projects and being very comfortable working in the details: project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, blockers, decision documentation, individual work items, dependencies, scope, status reporting, and delivery commitments. We are prioritizing someone whose experience is inclusive of partnering closely with QA and designers to coordinate design, front-end development, stakeholder reviews, user testing, and releases.
Day-to-day will be Scrum Master responsibilities, with this role owning the technical projects of the two teams - the custom web application development team and the IT Operations team.
- 2+ years of Agile Technical Project Management experience and 4+ years of overall relevant professional experience, specifically including experience with web application development teams with a strong understanding API integration projects
- Tech-savvy with ability to work closely with developers, UI/UX, and QA without necessarily having held highly technical engineering roles
- Proficient in Jira and experienced owning and running Agile/Scrum ceremonies for 2+ teams
- Strong understanding of and experience in software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications - PMP, CSM, etc... would be great but not required
