Warehouse Order Selector GM

Responsibilities

Fill store orders accurately, productively, and safely.

• Build pallets
• Sort merchandise
• Open cases
• Deliver orders to the shipping clerk for shipment
• Select orders using a voice-activated unit
• Obtain merchandise from bins/shelves as instructed on the voice-activated unit

• High school diploma or GED plus one year of general work experience; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime.
• Accuracy/attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
• Familiarity with distribution center terms and processes.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Lift truck certification/license.

• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Six months of warehouse experience.
• Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage excellent customer service.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
