- Monitor and optimize production capacity allocation across multiple front-end wafer fabrication facilities
- Drive solution development, change management, customer communications, department efficiency monitoring, and long- and short-term customer delivery plans
- Manage WIP tracking metrics across global foundries to identify and resolve transit delays and yield excursions
- Build predictive models and dashboards to evaluate multi-tier supply chain risks, component shortages, and supplier delivery performance
- Synthesize volatile market forecasts with long foundry lead times to drive Master Production Scheduling
- Review safety stock thresholds for critical raw materials, substrates, and finished die to minimize excess inventory and obsolescence while ensuring customer fulfillment
- Partner with Global Sourcing Managers, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics teams to support NPI ramps
- Identify business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems
- Prepare, analyze, and present SCM metrics, performance against targets, and trends to senior management
- Improve metrics over time to drive increased productivity and profitability
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience
- At least 2 years operating directly within a semiconductor or high-tech hardware manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4
HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis, or Net Suite - Deep knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong spreadsheet modeling capabilities
- Firm understanding of chip fabrication flows, die-sorting metrics, substrate constraints, and manufacturing yield calculations
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- Required travel of 10% of the time
- 1st Shift/Days
