Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor
, you’ll oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance for high-speed production equipment. You’ll lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise union technicians, improve reliability, and ensure safety and quality compliance. This is a key leadership role in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

• Supervise unionized staff:
  Technicians, Electricians, Engineers
• Drive safety, quality, and production efficiency
• Lead daily maintenance meetings and root cause discussions
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of maintenance teams
• Foster strong union relationships
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and OSHA standards

• Lead execution of all PM, run-time, and downtime maintenance
• Lead troubleshooting during unplanned stops; reduce MTTR
• Ensure critical safety and quality-related PMs are prioritized and closed
• Provide feedback and updates to SAP-based maintenance planning
• Conduct and lead breakdown analysis and post-intervention reviews

• Optimize equipment reliability using Lean and TPM principles
• Identify training gaps and lead technical development for technicians
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate across functions to support successful start-ups and changeovers
• Evaluate root causes and drive CAPAs for chronic failures

Education:

Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred OR 5+ years of experience

Experience (Required): 3+ years in supervisory role in manufacturing maintenance
