Regional Director of Operations

We’re hiring a Regional Director of Operations – Oregon!

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Director of Operations to help lead our Oregon communities and be part of what comes next for Compass.

We are looking for someone with strong Assisted Living and Memory Care operational experience, multi-site or regional leadership experience, financial acumen, and a proven ability to develop people and drive results.
