The Fall Creek General Manager - US & Canada will lead our business across the region, driving sustainable growth, strengthening market leadership, and delivering strong commercial and operational performance. This role will play a key part in advanding Fall Creek's long-term growth and success.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

As the General Manager, US & Canada, you will lead Fall Creek's business across the region, driving sustainable growth, strengthening market leadership, and advancing the company's long-term strategic objectives. You will have accountability for commercial performance, operational excellence, financial results, organizational effectiveness, and customer success.

  • Develop and execute the regional business strategy, aligning marketing opportunities, operational capabilities, and investment priorities with Fall Creek's global objectives.
  • Drive profitable growth by identifying emerging market opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, expanding market share, and accelerating adoption of Fall Creek genetics, products, and services.
  • Serve as the voice of the North American market, providing customer, industry, and competitive insights that influence global strategy, product development, and investment priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, indeustry organizations, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial, operational, production, supply chain, logistics, and people functions across the U.S. and Canada business.
  • Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and capital investments while monitoring key financial, commerical, and operational performance metrics.
  • Drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement by optimizing resources, processes, and cross-functional ways of working.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team that fosters accountability, collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop organizational capabilities, succession plans, and talent strategies that support sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, ethical business practicies, and applicable standards.
  • Represent Fall Creek at industry events, customer forums, trade associations, and other strategic engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with accountability for commercial, operational, financial, and organizational performance.
  • Proven success leading a business unit, region, or comparable P&L with responsibility for growth, profitability, and strategic execution.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth strategies, market expansion initiatives, and business transformation efforts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and translate strategy into results.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success developing talent, building teams, and leading organizational change.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively represent Fall Creek with customers, industry leaders, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership, sound business judgment, and stewardship of company resources.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
