Salary: $35,568.00–$60,000.00 per year.

Full‑time, in‑person role.

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals.

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and utilizes Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance
• Places the guest first and coaches Associates to build brand loyalty
• Self‑motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the Brand
• Leads and inspires by example, encourages fact‑based solutions, and celebrates the success of others
• Open and flexible schedule
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Able to learn and operate a POS system
• Physically able to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to stand and work on the floor for extended periods (80% or more of shift)
