High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or experience in sanitation, processing operator or lift truck operator job.  Any food processing experience is a plus.  Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining integrity.  experience using an inventory system Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write accurate information on simple forms in English.

Ability to effectively present or listen to information in one-on-one and small group situations with all other employees of the organization in English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  - Ability to compute percent.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Good decision-making and troubleshooting are necessary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is The working conditions will be hot, humid, dusty, noisy, wet, and you'll have to deal with vibration.  You must have the ability to walk up and down stairs and on a concrete floor throughout the day.

The ability to stand and walk is a must due to the constant monitoring of the equipment in use.  Ascending/descending stairs is also crucial, especially at break times.
