Opti Staffing is Hiring!Position: Panel Builder
Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Pay: $20 - $40 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Day Shift (Full-Time)
What You’ll Do:- Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses from detailed prints.
- Perform layout and physical mounting of components to back panels.
- Wire all components according to schematics and specifications.
- Install completed control panels onto equipment.
- Test panels to ensure proper function and compliance.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Competitive pay ($20-$40/hr DOE)

- Experience reading electrical schematics and prints.
- Background in control panel assembly and wiring.
- Understanding of industrial electrical components.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to wire panels from prints independently.
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move panels/equipment as needed.
- Experience with industrial heating systems.
- Familiarity with UL standards.
- Previous experience testing and troubleshooting panels.
