* Schedule:

** Second Shift | Monday-Thursday (Over-time options on Friday)    3:30PM - 2:00 AM | 40-50 hours per week### ###
** What You'll Do:
*** Spray paint parts and equipment using primers and finish coats
* Perform routine and repetitive spray painting operations
* Mix paints according to established procedures and specifications
* Operate spray painting equipment safely and effectively
* Maintain and clean spray booths, equipment, and work areas
* Ensure quality finishes with minimal defects, runs, or inconsistencies
* Follow all paint mixing, preparation, and application procedures
* Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership## Qualifications###

What You Bring:

* General knowledge of spray painting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
* Experience with industrial painting or willingness to learn through hands-on training
* Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment###

* Physical Requirements:

*** Frequent climbing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs
* Occasionally lift heavier loads up to 80 lbs
* Ability to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment### ###
