* Schedule:

** Second Shift | Monday–Friday (Over-time options daily)   5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 40–50 hours per week

* What You’ll Do:

*** Perform MIG welding using standard tools and equipment
* Construct components and parts from standard materials
* Follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
* Ensure quality standards are met through accurate, timely work
* Support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area## Qualifications
*
* What You Bring:

*** General knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading (preferred)
* Ability to use precision measuring tools (required)
* Willingness to learn through hands-on experience or on-the-job training
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Frequent bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs
* Ability to install 60 lb spools of wire on welding equipment
