Position: Beverage Packaging Support - Clackamas County

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Beverage Packaging Technicians to support daily packaging operations within a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for assisting with the packaging, labeling, inspection, and preparation of cannabis-infused beverage products while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations, food safety standards, and company SOPs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production environment, follows directions well, maintains a clean workspace, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Package cannabis-infused beverages according to company standards and production schedules
  • Apply labels, compliance stickers, date codes, and packaging materials accurately
  • Inspect products for quality, consistency, and packaging defects
  • Prepare finished products for shipment and distribution
  • Maintain accurate counts and assist with inventory tracking
  • Follow all sanitation, food safety, and compliance procedures
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times
  • Assist with line setup, breakdown, and cleaning of production equipment
  • Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements
  • Support additional production and packaging tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Active Food Handler’s Card required
  • Previous packaging, manufacturing, food production, or cannabis experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Must be comfortable working around cannabis products in a regulated environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous cannabis beverage or edible manufacturing experience
  • Experience working in GMP or food-safe production environments
  • Familiarity with compliance-focused packaging procedures
  • Full-time and part-time schedules may be available
  • Production facility environment with repetitive tasks and team-based workflow
  • PPE provided as required by facility standards
