Sheet Metal Worker

As a Sheet Metal Worker at nVent Management Company, you will be instrumental in crafting flawless, world‑class metal products for modular buildings and equipment enclosures.

Our collaborative and ambitious team ensures that we successfully implement innovative solutions that set industry standards.

• Complete detailed directions to handle, position, and fit metal products both on the shop floor and outdoors.
• Independently provide assembly assistance at any sequence level with limited supervision.
• Accurately position metal products based on unit knowledge or detailed drawings.
• Apply basic construction principles to ensure products are square, level, and plumb.
• Secure metal products using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners with precision.
• Assist in the repair and rework of items as directed before shipment.
• Contribute to a workplace environment that promotes pride, customer focus, and individual responsibility.

Education and experience:

high school diploma or GED, plus one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with up to 10 hours on Fridays.
