Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Machine Operator role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and other automated production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to produce parts to exact specifications.
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and minor programming adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production flow.
- Conduct routine quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product compliance.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components while ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors or maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate production records, including part counts, downtime logs, and quality documentation.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals and improve operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machining is a plus.
- Previous CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience using precision measurement tools and performing quality inspections.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs as needed.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
- Competitive hourly wage. $25-$27 DOE.
