Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Asset Disposition Tech 1 (Production & Safety-Oriented) role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities- Execute asset disposition tasks including sorting, evaluating, processing, and documenting returned or retired production equipment and materials.
- Support production flow by ensuring cleared materials and equipment are properly removed, staged, or routed to the appropriate disposition channel.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely to disassemble, move, and organize assets as needed.
- Conduct quality and condition assessments of returned or end-of-life assets following company guidelines.
- Maintain safety protocols at all times, including PPE usage and adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work areas to support smooth production flow.
- Accurately document asset status, movement, and disposition activities in tracking systems.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to minimize bottlenecks and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Identify and report safety hazards, equipment concerns, or process inefficiencies to supervisors promptly.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by following standardized procedures and suggesting workflow enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including possible overtime as needed.
- Safety‑minded with a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.50/hr.
