Support the efficient operation of our headquarters located in Cabot, PA, and assist in inventory management, bookkeeping, and customer service.
- Receive, package, and ship products with care and attention to detail.
- Verify all actions meet established checks and processes.
- Inspect products, including firearms, ensuring quality standards.
- Perform general office, administrative, and facility duties such as stocking inventory, cleaning, and light technical tasks.
- Handle reception duties: answer phones, greet guests, and assist customers.
- Manage bookkeeping: log bills, process orders, create invoices.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Reports To: Office Manager and Owners of Company
- Ability to multi‑task with focus and thoroughness.

- Capacity to lift packages up to 50 lbs. once or twice daily.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass background check with no felony record (required for Federal Firearms License compliance).
- Temperature‑controlled office environment.
- Part‑time: 20–30 hours per week during daytime office hours (2–4 days). Potential growth into full‑time hours, but not guaranteed.

Join a small team dedicated to craft and quality firearms manufacturing. You will work within the operational flow to ensure safety, compliance, and excellence.
- Assist the Gunsmith team and company in compliance with State and Federal (ATF) regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Hand‑assemble and customize pistols to customer specifications.
- Prepare parts: remove machining marks, finish, fit, test, and blend using hand tools and machines such as grinders.
- Polish metal and apply coatings and finishes.
- Clean, repair, fabricate, and disassemble pistols.
- Assist in pistol servicing and cleaning.
- Test firearms and report production issues.
- Collaborate with all departments to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
- Document work per established procedures.
- Maintain equipment and work area quality and safety.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass background check with no felony record (required for Federal Firearms License).
- Drug screen pass and ability to work in a drug‑free environment.
- Lift up to 30 lbs. unaided; ability to bend, crouch, and lift throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of 1911 pistols, operation, and firearm safety.
- Preferred:
Gunsmithing degree or relevant schooling. - Experience in machining, engraving, CNC operations, metallurgy, or woodworking is a plus.
- Ability to operate lathe, milling machine, and Bridgeport preferred.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
- 5 hours of overtime weekly, up to 10 with approval.
