** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Load, transport, and stockpile materials in accordance with production needs
* Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
* Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
* Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $31.73 to $31.73 per hour
