What You Will Be DoingAs a production associate, no one day is ever the same. Depending on where you live, you could be working in any one of our manufacturing plants, making anything from bread to beverages, milk to groceries. You will be on-the-go throughout your entire shift, packaging food & beverages, sanitizing & maintaining machines, and at times operating power equipment to help complete the daily operations of making quality food products.
In production, you are a team player, collaborating to complete the task at hand, keeping our products moving, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy.
- Operate and changeover fluid and/or culture filler machines
- Sanitation of facility and equipment
- Operate plant equipment such as palletizing equipment and powered industrial trucks to complete daily operations
The targeted hourly pay rate range for this position is $26.38 – $32.97 per hour. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

- High School Degree or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience working in production or manufacturing (such as machine/filler operation)
- 2 – 3 years of experience preferred
