Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Lead to coordinate the production of high-quality wood pellets. You will lead the production crew, ensure safety, and drive cost-efficient operations on a Sun-Thu night shift (11p–7:30a) with OT as needed.
Responsibilities include monitoring shift performance, driving the Safety System at crew level, and maintaining logs and housekeeping standards. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
