You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership to align initiatives with site priorities, drive a ZERO HARM culture, and improve incident prevention and regulatory compliance.
You will own waste, water, and energy programs, coordinate investigations, provide training, and mentor teams to apply OSHA and EPA requirements on the shop floor.
