Recon Craft is seeking an Outfitter to assemble and outfit newly manufactured vessels on the production line. You will install parts, equipment, and accessories following drawings and BOMs, using hand and power tools, and verifying function of assemblies.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Prior outfitting experience is preferred, with basic mechanical/electrical knowledge; ABYC certification is a bonus.
