Builder Lead

Your role will be pivotal in constructing Trachte buildings, making a significant impact through your expertise and leadership!
Framing and installing interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors, door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units
Maintaining an excellent driving record and operating company vehicles safely
Representing nVent with integrity and appropriate conduct during on-site services, whether working with customers, customer representatives, subcontractors, or fellow employees
Striving to build an enjoyable workplace environment that engenders pride in our products, focuses on customers, and fosters individual responsibility and ideas
Successfully implementing other duties as assigned
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Two years of related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable
Hours are 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
