Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:45 PM–1:15 AM
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an Assembly Production Worker for an automotive parts manufacturing company in Clackamas. This position focuses on assembling small automotive components using various hand tools, equipment, and fixtures.
Job DescriptionThe Assembly Production Worker will assemble small automotive parts while following established production, quality, and safety procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with their hands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble small automotive parts using required tools and equipment
Follow established safety and security procedures
Use equipment, tools, and materials properly
Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Monitor and attend assigned machinery as needed
Complete assigned work accurately and within required timelines
Follow verbal and written work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy
Perform physical production and assembly duties throughout the shift
Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
Hand tools
Cutting torches
Clamps
Jigs and fixtures
Pre-fitted parts used for welding and assembly
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle small parts and tools
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to balance, stoop, and crouch
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
Ability to communicate and hear effectively in a manufacturing environment
Monday: 2:45 PM–1:15 AM
Tuesday: 2:45 PM–1:15 AM
Wednesday: 2:45 PM–1:15 AM
Thursday: 2:45 PM–1:15 AM
Friday: Off
