Marketing Manager / Associate Director, Marketing – CDMO

We are seeking a hands‑on marketing professional to support a rapidly growing CDMO organization. This role will have significant visibility and global impact, with future leadership potential.

• 5+ years of U.S. marketing experience within a CDMO (biologics preferred; CGT or small molecules considered)
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Passionate, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Thrives in multicultural, growth‑stage environments
• Resilient and able to drive progress despite budget or operational constraints

• Refine corporate messaging across slide decks, website, and social media
• Elevate executive and technical presentations (advanced PowerPoint skills required)
• Plan and execute U.S. and international conference marketing (booth design, collateral, social campaigns, lead management)
• Develop marketing literature supporting U.S. sales (European experience a plus)
• Manage website updates and digital presence
• Execute email marketing campaigns and design templates
• Organize technical webinars on third‑party platforms
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Create/edit social media, video, and graphic content
• Track and manage conference leads

• Partner closely with U.S. leadership and Chinese counterparts
• Navigate cross‑cultural dynamics with professionalism and diplomacy
• Balance collaboration with firmness when needed
