  • Assist with residential construction from site preparation through finish work.
  • Learn sustainable, net-zero-ready building practices.
  • Lead and support volunteers on active construction sites.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Provide volunteer orientations and safety briefings.
  • Organize tools, materials, and job sites.
  • Support community events, volunteer recruitment, and Habitat outreach.
  • Grow as a leader while serving your community.
  • No previous construction experience is required, although construction experience is a plus. We provide training, mentorship, and opportunities to build your skills throughout your service term.
