We are an established provider-led practice seeking a board certified nurse practitioner to join our primary care team in the Shady Cove clinic due to increased patient demand.
Practice Details- Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm – bread and butter primary care
- No nights, phone calls, or weekends
- 10k sign-on and 10k relocation
- 75th percentile guaranteed base salary with additional bonuses
