Position
Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse (Nursing Subposition)

Qualifications- Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year, maximum 5 years of current working experience after registration
- Kenya and Sri Lanka: EB-3 visa, no NCLEX required
- Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe: NCLEX required for any qualifying RN program
- Bangladesh, Gambia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Jordan, Malawi, Morocco, Uganda: NCLEX + BSN required
- USD 30–33 per hour (approx. USD 5,000+ per month)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- Green Card sponsorship, allowing dependents and up to 2 children under 21 years to accompany
- Direct employment with the hospital under AVANT’s payroll
