Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Permanent Urgent Care Clinic

We are seeking an NP or PA for a permanent urgent care clinic in North Eastern Oregon. The provider will work in a hospital‑owned clinic seeing 20–40 patients per day. A scribe is provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day. The support staff consists of 2–3 per shift, mixing RNs and CMAs. The clinic has 6 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 2 isolation rooms, 1 pediatric room, and 2 standard exam rooms, plus onsite radiology.

• Full‑time permanent position
• Relevant experience in an urgent or immediate care setting
• Outpatient urgent care clinic
• Schedule:
  
  10 or 12‑hour shifts – flexible; 3 or 4 days per week
• 20–40 patients per day with onsite X‑ray
• Highly competitive base salary, RVU production bonuses, benefits package with loan forgiveness, $8,000 annually for CME, licensing dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time
