Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN | Medford, OR

Pay Range: $53.41 – $80.45 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000

Night Shift Differential: $10.00 per hour

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit on the night shift. This role provides direct patient care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and supports high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced acute care environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• $12,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates
