A community health clinic along the Central Oregon Coast is seeking to hire a BE/BC family nurse practitioner to join their expanding team and provide quality care for individuals in the community.
Collaborate with four other primary care providers, full support staff, and additional service lines such as optometry, dentistry, behavioral health, public health, and pediatrics.
The Opportunity- Outpatient only with no weekend requirements
- Four‑day work week with built‑in admin time
- Low patient load – 1‑hour long appointments available to see more complex cases
- $140,000 – $170,000 guaranteed base salary depending on experience + retention bonus
- Signing bonus and relocation reimbursement
- Student loan repayment
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 32 days of PTO; 401(k) retirement plan with 6% match
