RN - Long Term Care - Child Center

Job Title and Location

RN – Long Term Care at Providence Child Center, Portland, Oregon.

Full‑time night shift, 7pm-7:30am, 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.

The Long‑Term Care unit within the Child Center has 46 beds serving pediatric and adult patients.

• Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for residents according to the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate resident care activities with other health‑care team members and supervise nursing care provided.
• Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Criminal background check required for this position upon hire.

• 1 year of experience in long‑term care.

• Night shift differential: $4.50 per hour.
• Weekend shift differential: $1.40 per hour.

Base pay range: $41.37 – $64.23 per hour, with shift differentials and other incentives applicable.
