Multiple full- and part-time opportunities are available at our facilities statewide in Oregon. This recruitment will create a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings across various locations.

Hours may vary depending on your preference and will be discussed at time of interview. Pay listed is for a full-time employee. Part-time salary will be based on hours worked.
** About the Job – Your Role
** As the primary care provider, you will develop and implement comprehensive patient treatment plans, manage infections, sprains, and uncomplicated fractures, suture wounds not involving major vessels, nerves, or tendons, and recommend appropriate food supplements, over-the-counter medications, and prescribe antibiotics and other authorized drugs. Cases beyond your diagnostic or therapeutic scope will be referred to physicians or healthcare specialists per established protocols, with direct consultation as needed for complex diagnosis and care management challenges.

A key aspect of your role involves collaborating actively within a network of medical professionals operating both inside the Department of Corrections and across community organizations. By maintaining open lines of communication, sharing critical patient information, and participating in interdisciplinary case discussions, you help ensure that care coordination remains consistent and of high quality throughout the entire continuum of services. This collaborative approach supports the seamless transition of patients between settings, promotes effective follow-up, and strengthens overall patient outcomes.
