Providence Health and Services seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to guide cancer patients and families through treatment decisions, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs. The ONN triages and coordinates care from diagnosis to survivorship planning.
The ideal candidate has an Oregon RN license, BLS certification, 3+ years in oncology, and within 18 months will obtain Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN). Portland area clinic provides collaborative team environment.
