- One year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Preferred certifications: TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, SANE
- Demonstrated critical thinking

- Physical stamina
- Technical proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure
