Role:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Responsibilities Include- Assessing and triaging patients quickly upon arrival
- Administering emergency treatments and medications following protocols
- Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during urgent procedures
- Monitoring patient safety, comfort, and vital signs continuously
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Responding to life-threatening situations adhering to clinical standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
- Minimum one year recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
