Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care in our eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. You will complete assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support medical and psychiatric treatment plans in close collaboration with therapists, dietitians, and physicians. In our recovery-focused, team-based environment, you’ll educate clients and families, document care in the EHR, participate in clinical meetings, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu while receiving ongoing training and supervision.
- Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and support medical and psychiatric treatment plans
- Document all care and observations accurately in the EHR
- Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and physicians in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Educate clients and families on treatment, recovery, and safety plans
- Support a safe, recovery-focused, therapeutic environment
- Respond to and help de-escalate medical or behavioral crises following protocols
