RN LPN

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN/LPN to provide direct nursing care in our eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this on-site role, you’ll complete assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support therapeutic meals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused treatment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure safety. • Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor medical and psychiatric status
• Administer medications and monitor treatment responses
• Support therapeutic meals and monitor clients for safety and medical stability
• Document care accurately in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other team members on care plans
• Provide patient and family education on medical and recovery-related topics
• Participate in clinical trainings, supervision, and team meetings
• Respond to crises and implement safety protocols as needed
• Promote a compassionate, recovery-focused, and culturally sensitive environment
